- Click on Login / Register in the upper right hand corner just below our phone number on the home page.
- Click on Lost your password?
- Enter the email address that we have on file for your company in our system.
- If you don’t know whose email we have on file, please email Erica@custerproducts.com and ask, or call us at 330-490-3158, and any customer service representative can look that up for you.
- If you do not have access to the email we have on file, please call and speak with Erica, and she will input the correct email address to your account on the website.
- You will receive an email with steps on setting up your password. – Follow those steps, and then you will be ready to take advantage of our new online ordering!
If for some reason, you put in the correct email and follow the steps to setting up your new password and you still are unable to login, there may be an issue on the back end of the website. If this is the case, please call us at 330-490-3158 and speak with Erica. She will get you set up on the back end of the website and talk you through the steps to logging in.
