Installation Instructions for Wireless Circuit Board WITH Amber Strobes - Button on/off switch
1. Turn off power on the light bar.
2. Disconnect one of the leads from the battery.
3. Cut off the existing circuit board or circuit board plug from the light bar.
4. Remove the existing red wire from the center pin of the switch and discard.
5. Strip approximately 3/8” from each wire.
6. Connect the red wire from the new circuit board with the female connector on it
to the center pin of the ON/OFF switch.
7. The blue wires connect to the yellow wires of the amber strobes.
8. All other wire connections will be shown as circuit board/light bar: black/black, red/red, pink/green, yellow/yellow, white/brown.
9. Using a heat gun or hair dryer, heat the shrink tube connections, being careful
not to melt any of the wires.
10. Reconnect the battery.
11. Turn on power.
12. Test the light bar.
Installation Instructions for Wireless Circuit Board WITHOUT Amber Strobes - Toggle Switch
1. Turn off power on the light bar.
2. Disconnect one of the leads from the battery.
3. Cut off the existing circuit board or circuit board plug from the light bar.
4. Strip approximately 3/8” from each wire.
5. Connect the red wire from the new circuit board labeled PWR/+ to the wire lead coming from the toggle switch.
6. All other wire connections will be shown as circuit board/light bar: black/black, red/red, pink/green, yellow/yellow, white/brown.
7. Using a heat gun or hair dryer, heat the shrink tube connections, being careful not
to melt any of the wires.
8. Reconnect the battery.
9. Turn on power.
10. Test the light bar.
